Where can i find information and sample designs for building/constructing an Estate/Sub division?

The Estate will be on 20,000 square meters. Its for a private development It should include common area with (Gym, Swiming Pool and Club house) Its just to help with design direction before we talk to a developer/Builder. Just to get an idea of what it look like. It' will be based in Lagos Nigeria

1. this is not a do it yourself task. visit the competition to see what they have and look like, then hire professionals. the local building regulatory authority will like the professionals work -- do it yourself work would meet with so many delays that you'll grow ancient while waiting.
2. HELLO arnt there enough houses and apts out there foreclosures everywhere thats not the answer to build more
3. a building contractor can help you. i presume this is for hs or college class project? and since u are saying meters, a British class in city planning maybe? Why do you suppose "sample plans" would exist for such a monster project? anyway, also try county planning commissioners..or whatever the legal entity is between city and federal in the UK in the US they are called counties. cheers!
