Interior design advice- How to pump up a black and silver bedroom?

My bedroom is currently all black, with a black and silver vase and black and silver bedding. I really love the color black, because I find it elegant. However, I feel like my room is a little too dull now and I want to bring some life to it without making it look too colorful. Any advice?

1. What color are the walls? You can make a feature wall with a color, it doesn't mean that the room will be too colorful it will give it a bit of drama, try looking at some combinations and see what you like. Other than that you can add little punches of color with paintings, pillows or nick knacks
2. I know a woman who painted her kitchen silver, not gray but a real shiny silver. It looks very elegant. Try painting one wall this color. I suggest the wall behind your bed. Also, I would suggest adding an accent color. Something bright but not to much of it. Can you hang a faux crystal chandelier? That would really add elegance to your room.
3. If you get small accessories with your favorite color it makes a big difference. Also, flowers are colorful, but that breathe a new life into the room while bringing a fresh feel as well as color.
