how much would it cost to build a small guest house?

I was thinking of a guesthouse of at least 30x20 in Las Vegas. I will be doing most of the work with my brother, he knows a little about construction and then our uncle is going to help us with the plans and all that. I just want to know about how much it would be build that outhouse with no swear line just electricity and no windows.

There are plenty of unknowns in your question,and costs vary geographically, but I''ll take a shot: Articles are written about folks who manage to build decent homes for $75/square foot (thus that is typically the low end cost of construction). Most homes are built in the range of $100/square foot, and up, up. Again, there are many unknowns plus "free" labor will help reduce overall cost.
