what are the procedures to obtain approval from the local government authorities for building designs in Turk?

does anyone knows of local design consultant familiar with Turkmenistan requirement?

1. Based on my experience there - it's a tough process. President Niyazov personally approves everything and signs the contract with the architecht as well as construction company. If I were you, I would contact the Embassy of Turkmenistan in whatever country you're located and ask them. Most have websites and email - just do a Yahoo! search for it. You'll end up with many hits for the embassies of other countries (in Ashgabat) - but you'll figure it out.
