I Need to find a website that will allow me to design a building on-screen. Can you help?

I am trying to design a 10,000 square foot commercial building with rental units above and I would like to find a website that will let me try different designs on screen. Help!?

1. THERE is software on the market that would be the ideal solution for you.
2. good luck on your question. I placed one on the board for the same thing and I received the same response. I was trying to get some ideas without buying manuals.

Sorry but this is just about impossible.It takes a human being ,to factor in all the variables.Location, codes,Zoning of land,Climate.Surrounding buildings,etc. I think your best bet is to hire an honest to goodness architect,and talk to her or at least take her out to lunch.I wish you the best of luck. Or call your local AIA and ask if any one is doing some pro bono work these days.
4. GO TO OFFICE DEPOT WEBSITE. SEE WHAT THEY SHOW FOR WHAT YOU NEED. I KNOW IN THEIR STORE THEY HAVE A COMPUTER AIDED DRAFTING PROGRAM FOR ABOUT 100 DOLLARS. THE PROGRAM PROBABLY WON'T DO ALL YOU WANT IT TO. A GOOD PROGRAM WILL COST MUCH, MUCH MORE AND WOULD TAKE A LOT OF TIME TO LEARN HOW TO USE, ALSO.
