Should I buy this and turn it into a home?

It seems quite big to be a house and it has a parking lot. But, I love the design. I am not interested in buying a regular house; I like to be unique. I have always wanted to renovate a commercial building into a home. It has 20,000 square feet and sits on a 175x125 lot.
