Fast Track Building Construction?

My project is a multistorey office building made of steel structure and concrete slab floors. External facade is not yet decided. Internal layout is partitions. My question is : What possible design decisions can be taken to speed up the construction process?

1. Prefabricating as much as possible. Precast external facade. Assuming you can find a precaster that can handle your schedule. You also can prefabricate the interior metal stud partitions. Simplify the structural steel connections so that they all are similar.
