- A router is to connect to different networks. So you need to know how much traffic you are running from this office to either other offices or to the internet. Are you going to have a lot of traffic going out of the office or is most going to be kept inside the network? What types of interface cards are on the router? What series switches are you using?
- Your question about wireless connection to all switches is YES you can (WHY WOULD YOU?) it will be limited speed to that of the wireless network and that for LOCAL use with 150 users is not good -- use cables! A single router can usually handle a full class C network -- 254 users without additional routing. BUT that is a bad idea also, as generally segregating the users to local isolated VLANS or actual lans is a better idea! The internet (WAN) will be limited to the total bandwidth of the inbound line - so be sure you have alot of bandwidth on the WAN side to have 150 users who aren't complaining!
