What are some good examples of Multi-Use buildings?

I'm a Architecture student and we were assigned to design a 4 story multi use building for downtown. The upper two floors are to be used for at least 4 apts., the 2nd floor is office space, and the first is a retail space. I was wondering if any one knows of any good buildings like this that I can use for precedent.

1. I don't know where you live but I'd suggest you take a stroll down your City/town's Main Street and check out the buildings. See for yourself. You will get a variety of ideas that way.
