Do drawers or cabinets cost more when building a home?

We're designing the kitchen of our new home. We'd like to use only drawers on one wall of the kitchen rather than cabinets. Will that cost more? In the current design there are only cabinets on that wall.

1. A drawer base is going to cost more then a cabinet base simply because it has drawers.The price is just about double.
2. We went mostly with cabinets when we built our house. I have since been converting some to drawers. We have been installing drawers inside the cabinets with full extension slides. They are a real plus specially down near the floor. I would install as many drawers as I could afford. They are well worth it.
