Help me choose out of building designs??

For school i'm designing a building facade/front/exterior of a nightclub/bar - which is designed to be on a corner-street.. I have a few dilemmas which I can't decide on, so if you can help me out it would be appreciated (Whoever justifies there answers better, ill award best answerer) 1. 1. All black timber (one color always looks better), wall sticking in (it just looks stupid sticking out), and the door should be on the side (otherwise it looks cluttered in the front).
2. the brown and black, though if black was a dark gray instead, with tinted windows to match may be good, its not clear about wall sticking in or out, theres a slight difference with layer, yet may depend on design as a whole to fit on corner of street, doors on long side may be better, yet again depends which side is towards main street for main entrance, so you could have both anyways and use one as fire exit, and there may be other unknown parameters for what build codes are allowed and bylaws of the town have in restrictions with all of the above, possibly keep adding to design for more options, have fun anyways,☺ SketchUp http://sketchup.google.com/ 3dwarehouse http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ ..
