Why does the middle east not have its service stations here in australia (desert fuel)?

There is so many idea's that the middle eastern people need to think about as why just supply oil instead people from the should design the own infrastructure to build there own fuel outlets .The fuels in the middle east combined with the right infrastructure in place would have the peace in the middle east and control of there own destiny instead of fighting all the time to take each others land or resources .Oman is such a beautiful place with people and peace of learning able to sit under the palm tree's in the day .Infrastrucuture would develop more than just oil even clothing for people .The desert is slowly becoming green again.

1. Good to hear an Australian question but don't understand it! Like the idea of the desert becoming green ? But historically Australia and its original people have been invaded.and the land exploited . Have nothing against the middle east - Perhaps you could explain more fully. ? Dizzy.
