2. Do you mean interior decorating? Put paint on wall, choose rug and furniture or interior design/ architecture? You should look at ASID or IIDA. The art institutes has an interior design program. Its a four year program that covers every aspect of interior design. If you want interior decorating you don't really need a degree. But if you want one you can try a community college ror some online programs.
