My BF and I are moving into our 1st home. We decided that our interior design would reflect both our likes.?

Is there a website that offers quizzes on what type of style/colors/textures you prefer? Or a website that shows sample rooms that you could get ideas from? We are both in our 20's. THANKS!

I'm not sure if there are any websites- maybe try hgtv.com- they are extremely helpful! One thing you might try is making your own quiz or simply discussing your likes and dislikes with each other. Eclectic is very in style right now so you can mix and match antique with contemporary if you do it right. Good luck! My husband and I are the same way- I'm old world/classic and he is contemp/no color.
Try HGTV.com, BH&G.com, waverly.com.,ivillage.com There is a multitude of ideas you can get from these websites. Also go to northcarolinafurniture.com. There you will find tons of furniture websites that will give you a insite on your tastes in furniture and design. Look in home decorating magazines (library has them), and you will really get ideas and also go to your local furniture stores to see the furniture design that is new and current. If you like a mixture of antiques and vintage furniture, scour antique and second hand stores for furniture pieces.
The best way I know is to go into a fabric store and pick out a piece of inspiration fabric....either one each or a piece together
