- Hi they do a lot of evening courses across manchester for this sort of thing,a friend of mine did it and she really enjoyed it.Good luck.
- Many adult education centres (and some day colleges) do courses in interior design. Why don't you combine your current skills, while studying? - use your contacts in the arts to give you a chance to do. Be prepared to have to travel a bit, make visit appointments at awkward times, always like the owners pets (!) and always keep appointment times. Don't do it for free just to get yourself started though! You'll be surprised how easy it is to advertise and get commission enquiries from your local newspaper - there are a lot of people who would use your services. I'm sure this combine effort on these three fronts will get you off the ground, but be prepared for things to take a little time - and make sure you can support yourself during this time. Maybe use the time to devise some illustrative work to show potential clients as samples. Good Luck
